- Name and profile photo — provided by you during profile setup
- Task and message data — content you create within the app
- Device contacts — accessed only with your permission to add team members
- Camera and photos — accessed only when you choose to attach images to tasks or messages
- Device token — used to send push notifications
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Workmatic service
- To send task notifications and updates
- To enable team collaboration features
- To improve app performance and fix issues
3. Permissions
- CAMERA — to capture photos for task attachments and chat messages
- READ_CONTACTS — to find and invite team members by phone number
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to send task and message notifications
- INTERNET — to sync data with our servers
All permissions are requested only when needed and only with your explicit consent.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Firebase (Google) — for push notifications and authentication
- As required by law
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
7. Children's Privacy
Workmatic is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
